  • 1 1/2 cups warm water (110°F/45°C)
  • 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Favorite tomato sauce
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Favorite toppings (pepperoni, vegetables, etc.)
  • Original Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil.

  4. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  5. Punch down the dough and divide in half if making two pizzas. Roll out on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  6. Place the dough on a greased baking sheet or pizza stone.
  7. Spread favorite tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.
  8. Add mozzarella cheese and add your favorite toppings.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  10. Add Original Crushed Red Pepper Flakes.
  11. Slice and enjoy!
