Roasted Branzino

Roasted Branzino with Cherry Tomatoes, Lemon, Rosemary and Original Crushed Red Pepper

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole branzino, cleaned, head and tail attached
  • 2 lemons, thinly sliced
  • Fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs
  • Olive oil
  • Original Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse the branzino and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. With a sharp knife make two slits on both sides of the fish.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the fish and rub it in.
  5. Season the inside and outside of the fish with Original Crushed Red Pepper Flakes.
  6. Place lemon slices inside the fish.
  7. Place the fish on a lightly oiled baking sheet and place in the oven.
  8. Roast for 5 minutes on one side. Carefully flip the fish over and roast for another 5-7 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  9. Garnished with cherry tomatoes and additional lemon slices and herbs. Serve hot
