
Ingredients:
- 1 whole branzino, cleaned, head and tail attached
- 2 lemons, thinly sliced
- Fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs
- Olive oil
- Original Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse the branzino and pat dry with paper towels.
- With a sharp knife make two slits on both sides of the fish.
- Drizzle olive oil over the fish and rub it in.
- Season the inside and outside of the fish with Original Crushed Red Pepper Flakes.
- Place lemon slices inside the fish.
- Place the fish on a lightly oiled baking sheet and place in the oven.
- Roast for 5 minutes on one side. Carefully flip the fish over and roast for another 5-7 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnished with cherry tomatoes and additional lemon slices and herbs. Serve hot
