Ingredients:
- 4 pieces of chicken
- 3 cups of water
- 3 tbsp of salt
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 3 tbsp of freshly chopped Rosemary
- 2 tbsp of brown sugar
- Barbecue Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients into a small saucepan and bring to boil.
- Once salt and sugar are dissolved remove saucepan from burner.
- Allow to cool to room temperature Place chicken into a bowl or Ziploc and add brine.
- Refrigerate the chicken overnight.
- Next day remove chicken from brine, pat dry and lightly oil with olive oil.
- Place chicken on hot grill until cooked Plate, and add Barbecue Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
